Refund policy

We want you to love your new pieces! If something isn't quite right, we are happy to accept eligible returns under the following guidelines:

• Return Window: Customers have 30 days from the original delivery date to initiate and send back a return.
• Item Condition:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Items must be free of any stains (such as makeup, deodorant, or food), pet hair, or odors (such as perfume or smoke).
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
• Final Sale: All accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Refund Type: Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
